These terms cover your purchase and use of the Video Editing Pack (the "pack") sold by West Flows ("we", "us") on westflows.com. By buying the pack you agree to them.
A one-off digital download: a folder of editing styles, scripts and guides for the Claude Code app, delivered as a zip file straight after payment. The price is shown at checkout and charged once. There's no subscription.
The pack runs inside Claude Code, which is made by Anthropic, not by us. You need your own computer (Mac, or Windows with WSL) and a paid Claude plan that includes Claude Code. Setup also installs free tools (Node.js, Python, ffmpeg and Remotion). Please check you have these before you buy. We're not affiliated with Anthropic, and we can't control changes they make to Claude Code or its pricing.
Everything you make with the pack is yours. You're responsible for the videos you edit and post, including having the rights to any footage, music, logos or images you use.
Because the pack is digital content delivered immediately, you agree at checkout that the download starts straight away, and you understand that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once it has started (as allowed by the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations). So sales are final once the pack has been downloaded.
This doesn't affect your legal rights if the pack is faulty or not as described. If it doesn't work on your computer, email us at abdoul@westflows.com and we'll help you get it running. If we can't fix a genuine fault, we'll refund you.
Version 1 updates are free and sent to the email you bought with. We offer reasonable email support for setting up and using the pack. We don't promise any particular result, views or income from videos made with it.
The pack is provided as is. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
