Privacy policy

This explains what West Flows ("we") does with your information when you visit westflows.com or buy the Video Editing Pack.

What we collect

When you buy: your name, email address, billing address and payment. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. We receive your name, email, country and what you bought.
When you email us: your email address and whatever you send us.
When you visit the site: our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

To take payment, deliver the pack and send your receipt (needed to fulfil your purchase).
To send pack updates and answer support questions.
To keep tax and accounting records (a legal requirement).

We don't sell your information. We won't send you marketing unless you've agreed to it, and you can unsubscribe any time.

Who else handles it

Stripe (payments, stripe.com/privacy), Netlify (website hosting), Google (file delivery through Google Drive) and Microsoft (our email). They process data for us under their own privacy terms.

The pack itself

The pack runs on your own computer and inside your own Claude account. We can't see your videos or anything you do with it. Your use of Claude is covered by Anthropic's privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes. Support emails are kept for as long as they're useful, then deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it. Email abdoul@westflows.com. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
